Requirements
  • 5 - 8 years of professional experience; pricing & planning experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Salesforce

  • Proficiency in media math and terminology is a plus
  • Familiarity with OMS tools and the CTV landscape

Responsibilities
  • Manage team of Sales Planners
  • Lead weekly Pipeline Reviews with Sales Planners to ensure status of budget, deal type, and stage are reflected in pipeline accurately
  • Review proposals to ensure products, packages, price, and business rules are followed through proposal creation
  • Approve sales proposals in planning queue for accurate external proposal generation by Sales Planners
  • Provide plan building support to Sales Planners to ensure enablement of sales strategies
  • Provide negotiation analysis & reporting support to Sr. Manager, Sales Planning across various initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Ad Ops
  • Sign IOs received from clients once proposals are finalized
  • Lead people management function for team inclusive of gathering and providing clear, constructive feedback
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team to champion individual growth, highlighting accomplishments and improvements when necessary
