Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or another related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning and development solutions in partnership with internal subject matter experts and external consultants or partners when appropriate.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to create awareness of and follow-through for learning and development programs and other learning resources.
  • Analyze and evaluate learning and development programs and resources using post-training feedback and other metrics to drive continuous improvement and recommend solutions to increase their impact.
  • Review and continually evolve existing development programs to align with the company's growth and pace of change.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and define training needs, establish objectives, and determine learning and development solutions aligned with business strategy and specific learning objectives.
  • Work with technical experts to develop content and coordinate program content and format.
  • Schedule, execute, deliver, and document learning and development programs.
  • Prepare logistical requirements for classroom sessions, including ordering or printing materials, scheduling and setting up rooms, and testing technology.
  • Oversee and administer the learning management system, track learning effectiveness, and provide regular reports on its impact on business goals and objectives.
  • Maximize learning management system capabilities and refresh development content to drive usage and value.
  • Work with the Director of Human Resources Operations to oversee performance management, including annual goal setting, year-end discussions with executives and managers about employee success, Individual Development Plans for employees transitioning to new positions, and talent-pool assessments.
  • Support employees pursuing certifications and licenses, maintain current continuing education unit information, promote continuing education units, create certification guides, reimburse approved examination fees, and purchase approved exam-preparation resources.
  • Manage and facilitate new-hire orientation and maintain, update, and edit orientation materials.
  • Perform other human resources duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
