W&T Offshore converts $50M credit facility to RBL, raises restricted payments basket to $15M

W&T Offshore has converted its $50 million revolving credit facility into a reserve-based lending facility, effective 1 October 2026. The amendment removes the 75% excess cash flow sweep, quarterly balance repayment requirements, and the $100 million minimum asset coverage covenant. The company increased its annual restricted payments basket by 50% to $15 million, providing greater flexibility for shareholder returns. The facility maintains an initial borrowing base of $50 million with potential expansion to $100 million, subject to lender consent. Interest rate margins, maturity, collateral, and financial covenants remain unchanged, including a maximum net leverage ratio of 2.50x. No amendment fees were charged. CIBC rejoined the bank group with a $10 million commitment. W&T reported total liquidity of approximately $234 million entering the fourth quarter of 2026.

Red Robin completes $115M refinancing after selling 108 restaurants for $89.4M

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers completed refinancing of its secured credit facility on 2 October 2026. The new $115 million facility comprises a $25 million revolving line of credit and a $90 million term loan, maturing in October 2031. The refinancing follows Red Robin's sale of 108 company-owned restaurants to three franchisees for approximately $89.4 million in gross proceeds. An additional eight restaurants are expected to be sold by year-end for $6.6 million, bringing total proceeds to approximately $96 million from 116 restaurants. The move is part of Red Robin's First Choice Plan to strengthen its balance sheet. Chief executive Dave Pace said the new facility provides "a stronger financial foundation" and "greater financial flexibility" to invest in restaurants and support franchise partners. JPMorgan Chase Bank served as administrative agent and collateral agent for the facility.
