We are looking for an entry-level Research Operations Coordinator to support our Brand Research & Strategy and User Research Teams. You will be reporting into the Associate Director, User Research.

Typically, we conduct research with a parent or caregiver of a child who learns and thinks differently, or individuals who have learning and thinking differences themselves. Conversations can be challenging and emotionally charged, so it is important that participants are appropriately sourced and primed ahead of time. - You preferably have qualifications in a human behavior related field, such as Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing and Communication, Behavioral Sciences, Economics or relevant experience
- Committed to embodying and being a steward of our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
Nice-to-haves
- You are motivated to improve the lives of the people who learn and think differently, and the people around them, and are willing to empathize with their experience

- You are eager to learn about research methodologies, tools, and approaches
- You are organized and detailed oriented, you can manage multiple projects at the same time
- You are a curious, critical and conceptual thinker that is open to learning, growing and being proven wrong
The base salary range for this role is minimum $70,000 - $85,000 maximum, depending on years of experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports wellness for our team members and their families. You can learn more about our benefits and offerings.
