About the company

AGS Capital is a private investment firm that targets opportunities in the lower middle market and select ventures. It acts as a value-added partner to its portfolio companies, using its team’s decades of international operational experience to help them grow. The company works by investing early in businesses (often as the first institutional investor) and then providing hands-on, service-oriented support, such as making key customer introductions, connecting with strategic partners, helping recruit top executives, and co-investors. This operational help is enabled by AGS’s internal infrastructure and network. Compared with others, AGS distinguishes itself by combining early-stage investment with active operational assistance and a broad professional network to accelerate growth. Its goal is to build valuable, scalable companies that deliver returns for investors and meaningful success for the entrepreneurs it teams up with.
