Requirements
  • A secondary-school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Six to twelve months of relevant experience is required.
  • Ability to use measuring instruments.
  • Ability to understand work instructions.
  • Ability to operate hoists.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain continuous production while minimizing downtime.
  • Verify the validity of all conveyors.
  • Work closely with the supervisor, team leader, and other team members to coordinate daily activities.
  • Inspect the quality of parts on all conveyors and report nonconforming products to the team leader.
  • Check and maintain all slurry pots at the proper slurry level.
  • Ensure that all equipment operates correctly and report malfunctions to the team leader.
  • Use product criteria and work instructions as operational guidance.
  • Perform daily checks of work tools, including clips, fiber cords, and scrapers, and report shortages to the team leader.
  • Work closely with the supervisor and colleagues to eliminate non-value-added operations.
  • Eliminate waste caused by the process, material handling, and unnecessary movement.
  • Recommend a possible solution when problems arise.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and keep workplace items organized.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Follow the company's values and code of ethics.
  • Follow the company's environmental, health, and safety programs.
