About the job
- Proven experience managing client devices and applications, including secure baseline configuration, configuration profiles, and staged rollout management, with expertise in Intune, Autopilot, and Conditional Access policies.
- Strong automation skills for policy, device, image, and application orchestration.
- Experience directing offshore teams and carriers or managed service providers through service-level agreements and key performance indicators, along with cost-aware license management.
- Clear English communication and incident presence.
- A proactive, platform-oriented approach to problem-solving, including reusable configurations, self-service, and automation.
- Own Intune and client lifecycle operations, including imaging, patching and updating, and decommissioning.
- Manage endpoint compliance and security baselines to ensure auditing standards.
- Define and maintain standard client images and application packages across supported platforms, including user acceptance testing, production, updating, and retirement.
- Manage policies, configurations, and phased rollouts for applications and devices using defined change windows and pilot groups to minimize risk.
- Align software licensing and entitlements with cost efficiency and compliance requirements; maintain clean identity-to-device mappings and timely de-provisioning.
- Coordinate delivery with offshore teams and carriers or managed service providers; run service reviews and enforce standards to service-level agreements and statements of work.
- Integrate with ServiceNow, including catalog entries, request flows, Level 1/Level 2 runbooks, and incident/major incident playbooks.
