About you:

The Workplace Operations Lead is responsible for facilitating an exceptional office experience, providing operational support with a strong focus on customer service, while working in collaboration with the Workplace Team to provide and maintain a positive office environment. You are an individual who thrives in a fast paced, ever evolving environment, who possesses strong communication skills and the ability to successfully prioritize and execute tasks in alignment with the overall goals of the team. You have a growth and development mindset, know how to stay self-motivated and lead with a positive mindset.

Responsibilities:

● Serves as the first point of contact for employees, managing requests, facilitating a positive office experience.
● Contributes to and facilitates in the management of an ongoing delightful employee experience by providing operational support and maintaining the general organization and esthetic of the physical office spaces.
● Serve as Floor Warden for a designated floor (primary POC for end user requests, perform building walks to ensure compliance, assist with incoming and outgoing employees by preparing desks with cross-functional communication between several departments).
● Assists in maintaining and further enhancing the designated Workplace programs (ex: garage operations, etc).
● Support Sr. Operations Manager with management of vendors, facilities, and the Workplace Operations team.
● Perform Moves Adds & Changes as needed to support company growth.
● Other site specific duties and support may be required.

Experience and Skills:

● A passion for providing exceptional customer service through human connection and and ongoing operations support
● 2+ years of property and/or facilities operations experience
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively.
● Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and ever-changing priorities
● Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, FLS, plumbing, etc.) is encouraged but not required
