- Have 2–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment-focused human resources at a well-known company or at a leading headhunting firm.
- Have strong Chinese and English communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate the employer value proposition to candidates and handle complex discussions with executives.
- Be able to adapt to the complex matrix structure of a multinational company.
- Be results-oriented, resilient under pressure, able to learn, and open and positive.
- Show awareness of digital recruitment tools and trends and be able to apply them and drive implementation.
- Maintain a broad perspective on the full talent lifecycle and long-term organizational contribution.
- Manage the full recruitment project lifecycle, from confirming requirements through onboarding follow-up, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Analyze target talent markets and build a high-quality talent pool through social media, university partnerships, professional channels, and headhunting partners.
- Use professional assessment tools and in-depth interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates’ professional capabilities.
- Identify candidates’ leadership potential and cultural fit, and provide the business with informed hiring recommendations.
- Communicate frequently with executives across business divisions, human resources business partners, and global project teams, translating business strategy into clear talent requirements.
- Use data and market insights to advise business teams on recruitment strategies.
- Plan and execute employer-branding activities for young professionals, including presentations, open days, and online communications.
- Increase the influence and reputation of Bosch’s management trainee program among early-career professionals.
- Experience with management trainee programs, high-potential talent recruitment, or campus recruitment.
