  • Work with delivery teams to shape plans that protect service quality, strengthen adoption, reduce operational complexity and deliver better outcomes for clients, colleagues and the control environment.
  • Build a deep understanding of current and target operating models, connecting process, technology, people, controls and accountability changes across Operations.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate Group-led transformation by aligning operational subject matter experts, clarifying requirements, simplifying processes and enabling practical delivery.
  • Drive change from within Operations by building local change capability, improving ways of working and supporting leaders and teams to adopt a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
