Requirements
  • Several years of experience in content creation and communications, preferably in a highly dynamic environment, the Tech industry, or an agency
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging content that drives measurable results
  • Experience in team coordination or leadership role is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS)
  • Expertise with content distribution concepts and social media platforms
  • Entrepreneurial and agile mindset, and the curiosity to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and diverse content for various platforms and target groups, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, social media posts, PR releases, videos, online platforms, websites, and more
  • Align and streamline content support, ensuring a consistent brand message across a variety of brand applications, enabling internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and reinforce our Employer Brand Tone of Voice across all channels and empower team members to adopt and use it effectively
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand message
  • Analyze content performance using relevant metrics and SEO tools to optimize content for search engines and audience engagement
  • Stay on top of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and keep our content strategy fresh and relevant
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery, coordinated with Internal Communications
  • Actively update content based on internal changes, making sure our materials stay up-to-date and in line with our strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and subject matter experts, to gather insights and create content that meets business objectives
