About the job
- A bachelor's degree (S1) in engineering is required; mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in facility management or maintenance is required.
- Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance is required.
- Ability to manage facilities and operational support assets is required.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors is required.
- Understanding of occupational health and safety (K3) in the workplace is required.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office is required.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Attention to detail, discipline, and responsibility are required.
- Willingness to work at a remote site is required.
- Manage and oversee company facilities in the work area, including the mess, office, workshop, and supporting facilities.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are effective and completed according to schedule.
- Monitor the condition of facilities and operational support assets.
- Coordinate maintenance work with internal teams and external vendors.
- Control facility and maintenance budgets.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure occupational health and safety (K3) standards are implemented.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities and facility conditions.
- Handle facility repairs promptly and accurately to support smooth operations.
