- Proficiency with Jira.
- Ability to work in an international context using English to facilitate ceremonies.
- Familiarity with digital environments and the ability to communicate with technical stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs.
- Write requirements documents, user stories, or specifications.
- Contribute to functional scoping and defining target processes.
- Lead functional design, acceptance testing, and production deployment phases.
- Coordinate business teams, IT delivery teams, AMOA stakeholders, and testers.
- Facilitate user workshops and support change management.
- Track project progress, including schedules, workloads, and milestones.
- Prepare and facilitate project committees and steering committees.
- Define and implement business performance indicators related to the project.
- Contribute to the digitalization strategy for business processes by proposing optimization or automation opportunities.
