- Proven experience managing business-to-business accounts in a fast-paced environment, ideally e-commerce.
- Experience working with online portals or software-as-a-service solutions.
- Fluency and outstanding professional command of English and French.
- General administrative skills and experience in a customer-facing sector.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, secure place to work from home.
- Onboard new campsite owners and set them up for success using the self-serve portal; manage renewals and proactively engage with existing sites to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Provide support to campsite owners via email and phone.
- Coach campsite owners to manage their inventory and pricing using the self-serve online portal.
- Ensure each listing meets quality metrics before activation and ensure accurate site listings are live on Pitchup.
- Champion process optimisation initiatives and use consultative sales skills to reduce time-to-live and improve the supplier experience.
- Use consultative sales skills and data to navigate objections and maximise commercial opportunities.
- Engage with a portfolio of campsites to optimise listing performance and drive increased bookings and revenue.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of partner interactions and pipeline activity in the customer relationship management system.
- Prioritise markets strategically, focusing effort and resources on high-value sites, revenue-driving opportunities, and new markets.
- Identify and onboard new revenue streams by activating supplementary pitch types for existing sites.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to transition new sites to activation efficiently.
- Partner with the Customer Service team to resolve complex supplier inquiries and escalated issues quickly.
- Provide operational support for administrative and project-based team tasks as needed.
- Resolve issues promptly and identify ways to improve the site's experience of working with Pitchup.
- Provide out-of-office coverage for the Account Management team to maintain business continuity.
- Previous telesales experience would be an advantage.
