Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term advisory relationships with Chief Human Resources Officers and senior Human Resources executives across healthcare provider organizations.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner on workforce transformation, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, leadership development, labor optimization, and Human Resources operating model modernization.
  • Understand each client's strategic priorities and translate them into actionable transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Chief Financial Officers and other executive stakeholders to build alignment around transformation priorities, investment decisions, and expected business value.
  • Lead executive strategy engagements focused on healthcare workforce challenges, including labor shortages, workforce planning, productivity, retention, scheduling, and organizational agility.
  • Facilitate executive workshops to define future-state operating models, strategic workforce priorities, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Develop business cases and value realization plans articulating expected operational, financial, and workforce outcomes.
  • Translate executive business objectives into enterprise transformation initiatives enabled by enterprise resource planning and workforce technologies.
  • Partner with enterprise resource planning implementation leaders to ensure technology designs support desired business capabilities rather than only system requirements.
  • Guide implementation and optimization teams to remain focused on strategic workforce outcomes rather than technical milestones.
  • Ensure post-implementation optimization efforts continue to improve adoption, operational performance, and business value realization.
  • Provide executive leadership across major Workday, Oracle, and workforce transformation engagements.
  • Establish governance models and success metrics centered on business outcomes, organizational adoption, and operational improvement.
  • Advise executive sponsors throughout implementation and optimization efforts to ensure alignment between organizational strategy and program execution.
  • Expand the firm's Workforce Transformation Advisory capabilities and market presence within the healthcare provider industry.
  • Collaborate across Strategy and enterprise resource planning consulting teams to deliver integrated advisory services.
  • Develop new methodologies, intellectual property, and thought leadership focused on healthcare workforce transformation and Human Resources modernization.
