Requirements
  • * Bachelor’s Degree or 3 + years of equivalent professional experience.
  • * Strong background in Medicare, health insurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • * Expertise in CMS Medicare Marketing Rules and Medicare brokerage.
  • * Proven ability to investigate, resolve, and audit compliance issues.
  • * Proficiency with HPMS, corrective action plans, and compliance tracking systems.
  • * Strong communication skills for agent training and coaching.
  • * Ability to work independently.
  • * Ability to keep all company-sensitive data secure.
  • * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privately without disruption.
  • * Must live in a location that can receive a high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
Responsibilities
  • * CMS Medicare Marketing Rules knowledge and experience
  • * Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received internally, from customers, or carriers.
  • * Conducts internal audits and monitoring to ensure compliance with rules and regulations, policies and procedures, code of conduct, and training for MyPlanAdvocate.
  • * Generate, update, review and file marketing materials in HPMS.
  • * Initiate and remediate corrective action plans, as needed.
  • * Maintains and updates an internal tracking system of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.
  • * Conducts agent coaching and training.
  • * Performs other duties as assigned
