  • Minimum of 3-5 years in drafting (AutoCAD) and BIM (Revit) with a proven track record of high-quality deliverables (preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
  • Strong knowledge of Revit, especially in creating projects from scratch and developing custom family libraries.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing project workflows on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for enhanced project coordination and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across all project stages.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and a commitment to quality in every project.
  • Experience in conducting internal training sessions for employees on Revit and drafting standards.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate, detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD, ensuring all production needs are met with precision.
  • Set up and manage project workflows on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for streamlined coordination and collaboration.
  • Expand project development to include 3D Revit modeling, including initial setup, model development, and documentation.
  • Create, manage, and organize custom Revit family libraries tailored to project requirements.
  • Standardize BIM processes across projects, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on Revit, ACC, and BIM best practices, facilitating skill development and knowledge sharing.
