Requirements

  • A completed degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in construction or project management.
  • Knowledge of cost estimation, VOB, execution planning, contract matters, and construction execution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tendering software.
  • Strong communication and assertiveness.
  • An independent, structured working style, along with commitment, creativity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, direct, and monitor all trades from planning through execution, acceptance, and defect liability.
  • Ensure quality, schedules, and costs are met in a goal-oriented manner.
  • Clarify technical matters and award subcontractor services.
  • Hold economic and technical responsibility for the overall project.
  • Provide qualified support to the client and collaborate with the project team.
