Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: sales compensation, sales incentive planning, sales operations analytics, compensation, or a similar field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
Responsibilities
  • Own the implementation, tracking, and administration of Uber Freight’s sales incentive plans.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Support plan design through cost modeling, scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Develop and maintain queries and dashboards to support compensation analytics and participant reporting.
  • Research and resolve incentive disputes raised by plan participants, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across compensation systems and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Compensation, Sales Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL (or other coding language) for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience with sales compensation platforms such as Varicent, Anaplan, Performio or Xactly
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, mathematics or economics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive initiatives from concept to execution
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way
  • Experience implementing or optimizing sales compensation systems and tools
  • Understanding in freight, logistics, or transportation industries a plus

Uber Freight Completes Acquisition of Transplace
