  • Lead requests for information, submittals, procurement, owner and subcontractor change orders, pay applications, project financial setup, and closeout documentation.
  • Partner with the Superintendent to align field execution with contract documents, the look-ahead plan, critical path, quality standards, safety requirements, and the financial plan.
  • Develop and maintain a logic-driven master schedule, weekly updates, critical-path analysis, a two-week look-ahead, procurement log, and constraint log; update the plan promptly when material changes affect it.

  • Perform monthly cost-to-complete forecasting and promptly report projected buyout, cost, fee, cash-flow, or margin variances with recommended corrective action.
  • Maintain proactive communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, Superintendents, and company leadership about material risks.
  • Lead owner-architect-contractor and coordination meetings with agendas, defined owners and due dates, and timely follow-through; distribute complete meeting minutes and action items within 24 hours.
  • Escalate material risks promptly with a concise, decision-ready update covering the current condition, impact, responsible party, immediate next action, recommended solution, required decision, and committed due date.
  • Remain responsive to urgent project needs, critical milestones, owner issues, and time-sensitive field conditions.
