Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Understanding of real estate terminology and lending practices
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and tax returns

  • Banking/lending experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Gather, verify, and analyze documents in loan files
  • Serve as a liaison to loan applicants
  • Prioritize, track, and manage the loan underwriting process
  • Perform credit analysis and determine repayment probability
  • Sign off on underwriting loan conditions
  • Keep abreast of credit regulations and laws
  • Perform property inspections
  • Assist in analyzing lending policies and procedures
  • Assist in loan closing process and servicing
