About the job

Requirements
  • A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Current Maryland licensure as an LCPC or LCSW-C is preferred; candidates with an LGPC or LMSW are welcome to apply.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health treatment setting implementing psychotherapeutic and crisis intervention services is required.
  • Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in urgent care or crisis intervention, is required.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and providing collaborative care across demographics and age groups is required.
Responsibilities
  • Work with diverse populations, providing collaborative care across various demographics and age groups.
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation services.
  • Deliver psychotherapy and care coordination services.
  • Independently assess and treat clients in crisis with a person-centered and compassionate approach.
  • Work morning shifts (9 a.m.–5 p.m.) and evening shifts (1 p.m.–9 p.m.) as needed.
  • Accommodate possible future weekend hours (9 a.m.–1 p.m.), requiring some future flexibility.
Desired Qualifications
  • Care coordination experience is preferred.
