Requirements
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Current Maryland licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical is preferred; Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor or Licensed Master Social Worker candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in urgent care or crisis intervention, is required.
- Experience working with diverse populations and providing collaborative care across various demographics and age groups is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health treatment setting implementing psychotherapeutic and crisis intervention services is required.
Responsibilities
- Work with diverse populations, providing collaborative care across various demographics and age groups.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation services.
- Deliver psychotherapy and care coordination services.
- Independently assess and treat clients in crisis with a person-centered and compassionate approach.
- Work morning shifts from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and evening shifts from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Provide future weekend hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Care coordination experience is preferred.
