  • 8+ years of marketing experience including senior level experience in CRM
  • Proven experience growing channel strategies for email, push, and SMS
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably Braze or Iterable or comparable platforms)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, managing, and developing a team
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to interpret data into actionable programs to meet company goals
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working across senior-level stakeholders
  • Committed to putting the member and member experience first when accomplishing company goals
  • Drive strategy for omni-channel expansion to engage members and improve retention and growth
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop/implement/improve necessary systems/tools for CRM vision
  • Own all KPIs and metrics to optimize and develop CRM programs for the best member experience
  • Optimize existing channel strategies, lead A/B testing framework, foster team development
  • Oversee compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations, communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership
