Responsibilities
  • Guarantee the best customer experience within the store by providing customers with the support they need.
  • Maintain spotless shopfloor standards by replenishing products and keeping the store clean, tidy, and attractively merchandised to maximize sales.
  • Adhere to security standards in fitting rooms, stockrooms, shopfloor areas, and at the cash desk.
  • Process register transactions smoothly, efficiently, and accurately while following all policies and procedures.
  • Participate in stockroom operations, including deliveries, replenishment, transfers in and out, inventory activities, and maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized stockroom.
  • Open and close the store while ensuring all security procedures are followed.
  • Handle cash management responsibilities, including deposits and safe counts.
  • Lead by example in customer service, sales, and store operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Act as the Manager on Duty, taking charge of store operations, team support, and customer experience during assigned shifts.
  • Drive personal sales performance while contributing to team selling and overall store goals.

Mango Secures $3M to Solve Construction Cash Flow

Mexican fintech Mango has secured a $3m funding round led by Ironspring Ventures to address cash flow issues in Latin America's construction industry. The funding will help Mango expand its credit and payments infrastructure, grow its contractor and supplier network, and enhance its internal teams. BBVA Spark also provided a credit facility. Mango's platform offers embedded credit and real-time risk intelligence to streamline procurement workflows and mitigate payment delays in construction.
