Responsibilities
  • Receive payments by cash, check, credit card, and debit card, and issue receipts, change, credits, or refunds to customers.
  • Operate cash registers and maintain accurate and efficient transaction accounts.
  • Balance cash receipts and count cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, stocking, displaying, pricing, and selling merchandise in the retail setting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
