  • A minimum of 8+ years as a Technical Targeter; Full Performance level requires 5+ years, Senior level requires 8+ years, and Expert level requires 11+ years.
  • Hold TS/SCI with Poly.
  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Have demonstrated experience supporting Intelligence Community cyber activities.
  • Have demonstrated experience in targeting work.
  • Have demonstrated experience using an array of targeting tools and databases to develop project leads in support of technical projects.
  • Have demonstrated experience applying appropriate internet research.
  • Have demonstrated experience assimilating and evaluating large amounts of data drawn from all-source traces and technical projects.
  • Have demonstrated experience converting data into actionable project leads.
  • Have demonstrated experience using the internet in a project environment.
  • Have demonstrated experience developing and maintaining contact with appropriate sponsors, other U.S. Government organizations, and the Intelligence Community to support and coordinate information sharing.
  • Have demonstrated experience using analytic, writing, and briefing skills to present targeting research results.
Responsibilities
  • Read and respond to customer communications and identify potential leads by exploiting customer information.
  • Use customer-provided tools to correlate and enhance initial leads, and coordinate leads with other customer partner organizations.
  • Work with mission centers, field stations and bases, and technical partners across the customer, the Intelligence Community, and the field to apply targeting expertise to develop and enable execution of CNE projects.
  • Develop knowledge of the CNE project approval process and other required documentation and approvals, and contribute to the documents and process.
  • Use available targeting resources to support CNE access and exploitation of networks and devices.
Desired Qualifications
  • Have demonstrated experience using foreign-language skills (spoken, written, or reading), specifically Arabic or Farsi.
  • Have demonstrated experience with classified data repositories.
  • Have demonstrated experience working with customer databases and analytic tools.
  • Have demonstrated experience in counterintelligence in a HUMINT targeter capacity.
  • Have demonstrated experience with HUMINT or cyber collection and exploitation missions.
  • Have demonstrated experience working in telecommunications, including cellular and computer networks.
  • Have demonstrated experience and ability to successfully pursue and drive projects against targets.
  • Have demonstrated experience working as a senior targeting officer in the Intelligence Community evaluating technical information for counterterrorism targeting and reporting purposes.
  • Have demonstrated experience writing concise project summaries and requirements and delivering results to non-technical audiences.
  • Have demonstrated experience drafting and coordinating project correspondence, such as cables and targeting packages.
