Requirements
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Basic understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, ADP, etc.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Willing and able to work from our Palo Alto, CA office weekly, Monday-Thursday, Friday can be worked virtually
Responsibilities
  • Support all People Operations programs, processes, and procedures related to the entire employee lifecycle
  • Lead the onboarding experience for new hires
  • Drive the immigration process for our employees
  • Process all employee changes promptly including document generation and notifications
  • Continually evaluate all people processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure all people data is accurate and audited
  • Support in the preparation of reports to highlight trends and opportunities
  • Be the first point of contact for employee questions and employment verification requests
  • Maintain all People Team documentation including internal policies, processes, and our knowledge base
  • Collaborate with other members of the People team to manage the People team help desk
  • Partner with IT for onboarding, off-boarding and to develop scalable support processes
  • Ensure all process and data remains compliant and supports any audits
  • Partner closely with payroll to ensure all changes, updates, etc are properly communicated and executed accurately
  • Create and foster an excellent in-office experience for employees in our US and UK offices
  • Manage office administration for all the US and UK offices
  • Set-up and welcome all new hires, candidates, clients and visitors to Spotnana offices with excellent customer service
  • Maintain the day-to-day of office operations including building access, mail, packages, deliveries, office supplies, snacks/beverages, catering and event support
  • Assist the global people team with projects and initiatives as needed (ie: training and recruiting)
  • Support employee experience programs to help make Spotnana the best moment of our employee’s careers
