What believers are saying

  • September 28, 2026 timsUltra AIP and timsOmni launches deepen proteomics and oligonucleotide workflows.
  • August 10, 2026 MIMETAS deal expands Bruker into human-relevant drug discovery models.
  • UC Berkeley ordered over $6 million of Bruker NMR systems, delivering 2027 revenue.

What critics are saying

  • Bruker’s first-half 2026 organic revenue declined 0.8%, exposing fragile demand recovery.
  • Academic spending stayed soft in 2026, while tariffs and currency pressured results.
  • If MIMETAS and fusion remain niche, Bruker’s acquisition-heavy strategy destroys capital returns.

What makes Bruker unique

  • Bruker owns timsTOF proteomics, NMR, microscopy, and microphysiological systems under one platform.
  • Bruker’s August 31 XFlash 7200 FIRE raises SEM-EDS throughput beyond conventional detector designs.
  • Bruker’s BEST superconductors supply ITER, Wendelstein 7-X, CERN, and fusion demonstrators.
