Responsibilities
Collect medical histories, monitor vital signs, and document information in the electronic medical record.
Assist physicians with minor in-office surgical procedures and physical examinations.
Perform routine screenings, including hearing, vision, and electrocardiograms.
Administer medications, injections, and immunizations, and perform wound care or dressing changes.
Assess patient needs by phone or in person, coordinate care with other specialists, facilitate follow-up, and respond to physician messages.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe workplace and equipment.
Restock rooms and routinely clean autoclave equipment.

Qualifications
LPN or RN degree required.
