Responsibilities
  • Drive analysis and development of critical and actionable productivity and risk metrics for operations teams
  • Manage tracking of remediation efforts associated with testing, audits, or other findings across all Global Operations teams
  • Collaborate with other members of Global Operations to understand interactions and self-identify additional support needs across the organization
  • Coordinate meetings to drive engagement and alignment across team members within the Global Operations organization
  • Develop presentation materials based upon guidance from senior members of Global Operations to succinctly communication organizational updates and strategic messaging to internal and Board-level audiences
