Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software solutions and integrations that interface with VoIP devices, including IP Phones, SIP adapters, ATA adapters and DECT base stations
  • Design and implement features and improvements for device management, provisioning, activation, and control in the UI
  • Troubleshoot production/customer related issues with devices
  • Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests to ensure the robustness of the devices integration management software
  • Maintain code quality by reviewing peers’ code
  • Mentoring non senior software engineers in best practices
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and cross-functional engineering teams to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Work closely with QA through the entire lifecycle of a feature
  • Work on self development and continuous self improvement to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in the field
  • Own technical decision making for new feature functionality
