  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (professional experience may be substituted); master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing broker enrollment, sales, or business development leadership at a value-based provider, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid program
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated aptitude mentoring and developing team members
  • Healthcare experience required; Medicare, Medicaid, PACE or local market experience preferred
  • Confident, capable, and detail oriented when it comes to process and digital “paperwork” in a regulated environment
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects
  • Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights and weekends; periodic travel for executive and team meetings will be required
  • Willing and able to be onsite in WelbeHealth centers or community 50%+ of days
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment Directors to use brokers to fill gross and net caring capacity with an objective and clear top decile participant experience, staff experience, and financial/growth performance
  • Recruit, develop, inspire, and invest in the successful careers of top-talent brokers and Certified Referral Partners
  • Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders in Field Marketing Organizations, General Agents, community partnerships, senior housing, government/regulators, and other referral sources
  • Direct and coordinate all intake and enrollment activities and processes, including identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and conversion
  • Partner closely with the WelbeHealth Launch team in successfully opening new sites
  • Ensure WelbeHealth operates “beyond reproach” in compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations
  • Share and guide replication of best practices across other programs
