Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, scope, propose, and close new business across consulting, executive search, and recruiting services.
  • Organize, host, and attend prospect and industry events that position the company as a leader in HR transformation and executive talent solutions.
  • Support co-branded marketing initiatives and host partner-facing events to deepen understanding of the executive search practice.
  • Cross-sell project-based recruiting, Talent Acquisition advisory, and interim Talent Acquisition resources.
  • Present thought leadership on hiring trends, compensation insights, diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting, and the evolving talent market.
