About the job
- Currently studying business administration or a comparable program.
- Has initial knowledge of the S&V area and experience handling service contacts.
- Has very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Works independently, reliably, responsibly, and in a structured manner.
- Can interact with customers in a service-oriented way and communicate in a friendly manner.
- Processes service contacts; maintains changes to clients’ address and communication details; and creates, changes, and deletes subscriptions to service information.
- Records and manages consent for advertising and survey activities in accordance with the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG).
- Processes and maintains client service agreements and independently reviews requests for invoice corrections in a service-oriented manner.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of processes and service tools.
- Supports the introduction and further development of AI-supported service solutions and contributes to implementing new ways of working.
- Has initial experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
