Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Interactive Entertainment, or similar field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5+ years' progressive experience as an assistant or in a supportive role
  • Experience at a Gaming, Fintech or E-commerce organization would be a plus
  • Strong communicator, enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders and counterparts
  • Previous experience and/or an interest in pursuing a career in business development and sales is a plus
  • Tech savvy, can work your way around Google Workspace, and take on new applications with ease
  • Eager to take on new projects and help with operations as needed
  • Strong customer service/interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to immediately handle a significant workload and effectively prioritize projects with a high degree of autonomy
  • Effective time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to travel up to 15% (domestic and international)

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative assignments requiring a high level of competency in office procedures
  • Manage complex calendars and meeting arrangements
  • Engage with counterparts and external partners to maintain communication
  • Compose emails, letters, and other correspondence with extreme confidentiality
  • Work independently and exercise discretion in managing executive activities
  • Assist with special projects and complex assignments
  • Work within the Atlassian family of products to keep status documents up to date
  • Prepare various documents and reports using software tools
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings and events
  • Help with events and conduct research
  • Travel as needed
