- A New York State Home Health Aide certificate is required.

- Monitor vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and temperature.
- Assist with basic health needs.
- Schedule medical appointments and provide transportation.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
- Keep accurate records of patient care and health status.
