Requirements

Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechatronics technician, or electrician in energy, building, machine, and drive technology.
At least two years of professional experience in service technology or a comparable field.
Interest in customer support in field service.
Strong ability to understand new information and willingness to learn technical subjects.
Organized, independent, customer-oriented working style and ability to work in a team.
Good spoken and written German skills.
Good Microsoft Office and personal computer skills.
Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

Perform service and maintenance activities on workshop equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, in accordance with legal regulations and manufacturer specifications.
Carry out the assembly and commissioning of workshop equipment.
Process and summarize order documentation.
Provide technical support by telephone and ensure communication between customers and the internal service team.

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

Du übernimmst Service- und Wartungstätigkeiten an Werkstattausrüstung (mechanisch, hydraulisch, pneumatisch und elektrisch), nach gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Hersteller Vorgaben
Du führst die Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Werkstattausrüstung durch
Du arbeitest die Auftragsunterlagen auf und fasst diese zusammen
Du leistest technischen Support am Telefon sowie Sicherstellung der Kommunikation zwischen Kunde und Innendienst

Was du mitbringen solltest:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kfz- oder Landmaschinenmechatroniker oder im Elektrohandwerk als Elektroniker für Energie-, Gebäude- Maschinen- und Antriebstechnik
Du hast mindestens zweijährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Servicetechnik (oder vergleichbar)
Du hast Freude am Kundensupport im Außendienst
Du bringst eine hohe Auffassungsgabe sowie technische Lernbereitschaft mit
Du hast eine organisierte, selbständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit
Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Du hast gute MS Office und PC-Kenntnisse
Du bist bereit regional zu Reisen
