Senior Visual Designer
About the job
- At least 6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, or product design with a strong visual focus.
- A portfolio demonstrating depth in typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and data visualization, rather than only interaction design.
- Experience designing complex, data-rich products.
- Experience building a design system or leading contributions to one, with a visual focus.
- High proficiency in Figma.
- Comfort giving direction and feedback to other designers on visual craft.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
- Own and evolve the visual language of the Agentic Security Platform, creating clean, legible interfaces for technical, data-heavy surfaces.
- Collaborate with the team to develop high-fidelity patterns as reusable building blocks across the platform, from dashboards to data-dense workflows.
- Turn UX flows and low-fidelity concepts into polished, production-ready, reusable components, and produce assets and specifications that support pixel-perfect implementation.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to build interfaces with real visual fidelity.
- Drive rigor and consistency across the design system by auditing, documenting, and guiding team contributions toward one visual standard.
- Raise the bar for craft and attention to detail across the design team, and give feedback that helps the team develop its visual skills.
- Experience designing for security, infrastructure, or other technical B2B products.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools as part of a regular workflow.
