Requirements
  • At least 3 years of product management experience, including hands-on experience building technical or platform products in pharmacy, telemedicine or virtual care, healthcare supply chain and logistics, or another regulated, high-volume environment.
  • Experience building or leading healthcare software at scale for a high-volume pharmacy, telemedicine, or healthcare logistics operation.
  • A computer science or engineering degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Fluency in application programming interfaces, integrations, event-driven systems, and data models.
  • End-to-end command of the prescription order lifecycle, including e-prescribing, adjudication, dispensing, shipping, and refills.
  • Fluency in SQL for independently querying data.
  • Ability to understand business logic and models, assess how product decisions affect accounts receivable, accounts payable, client satisfaction, and cost, and explain technical constraints clearly to finance, account management, and clients.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full technology stack supporting fulfillment end to end, pharmacy management, e-prescribing rails, and the data stack.
  • Make build-versus-buy decisions and continue building improvements to the technology stack.
  • Own the order lifecycle from prescription to shipment, including edge cases affecting timely patient care.
  • Own internal tooling and automation that enable operations and pharmacy teams to manage orders with full visibility and act independently.
  • Determine where automation can create the most leverage.
  • Define key performance indicators that measure the technology team’s health.
  • Report technology team metrics to leadership monthly.
  • Keep users informed about deliverables and updates as they ship.
  • Own reliability and compliance, including performance, observability, auditability, and compliance as volume grows.
  • Translate between engineering, finance, account management, and clients so the product addresses the right problems.
  • Write product specifications, read schemas, and collaborate effectively with engineering.
  • Ship products and own outcomes.

  • Experience building multi-tenant or white-label platforms.
  • Experience building with artificial intelligence as a collaborator, demonstrated through a repository, product requirements document, or prototype.
