Coda integrates with Unity IAP 5.4 to offer 400+ payment methods across 80+ markets

Coda announced its payment platform is now integrated with Unity's direct-to-consumer solution through Unity IAP 5.4. The integration allows game developers to activate Coda directly from the Unity Dashboard. Through Codapay, Unity developers can access over 400 local and global payment methods across more than 80 markets via a single integration. Coda manages payments, tax, fraud prevention, compliance, and merchant of record services. The partnership enables developers to reach more paying players using local payment methods, particularly in markets where cards aren't the default option. It also allows studios to expand into new markets without building payment integrations individually for each country. "Coda has spent more than a decade building the payment reach and local infrastructure to make that possible," said Shane Happach, chief executive officer of Coda. The Singapore-based company, founded in 2011, operates with over 600 employees worldwide.
