About the Role:

As a Patient Support Associate, your role will be to provide high-quality, empathetic support to our patients in both French and English. Working alongside our Support and Operations team, you will help deliver a friendly, reliable and patient-focused experience in a fast-paced telehealth environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to meaningfully contribute to a knowledgeable, caring support team at the core of how we look after our patients across Canada.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

• In-Office: 3 days/week

• Remote: 2 days/week (Work From Home)

• Flexibility: Evening and weekend availability preferred

You Will:

• Play a key role in our frontline patient support function, serving as a trusted voice for our patients and helping deliver an exceptional experience in every interaction.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for our French-speaking patients, while also supporting English-speaking patients as needed.

• Respond to patient requests by email and chat with empathy, care, and accuracy, taking the time to understand each person's needs and building trust through clear, thoughtful communication.

• Navigate a variety of customer service platforms and tools to deliver personalized support.

• Become a subject matter expert on all Hims & Hers products and offerings, enabling you to guide patients with confidence.

• Contribute to team goals and KPIs that reflect the quality of the patient experience and drive continuous improvement.

• Work with CX leadership to improve the patient journey, advocating for the needs of our patients, identifying key touchpoints in patient interactions, and developing strategies to strengthen patient trust and satisfaction.

You Have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role

• Native fluency in French and professional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically in both languages

• Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently when required

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of communication and documentation

• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work in a team environment and promote company culture

• Constituer le principal point de contact de notre clientèle francophone, tout en soutenant au besoin notre clientèle anglophone.

• Répondre aux demandes de la clientèle par courriel et par clavardage avec empathie, bienveillance et précision, en prenant le temps de comprendre les besoins de chaque personne et en bâtissant la confiance grâce à une communication claire et réfléchie.

• Utiliser une variété de plateformes et d’outils de service à la clientèle afin d’offrir un soutien personnalisé.

• Acquérir une expertise approfondie de tous les produits et services de Hims & Hers, afin de pouvoir guider la clientèle avec assurance.

• Contribuer aux objectifs d’équipe et aux indicateurs de rendement clés (IRC) qui reflètent la qualité de l’expérience de la clientèle et favorisent l’amélioration continue.

• Collaborer avec la direction de l’expérience client pour améliorer le parcours de la clientèle, en défendant ses besoins, en cernant les principaux points de contact dans les interactions avec elle et en élaborant des stratégies pour renforcer sa confiance et sa satisfaction.

Ce que vous apportez :

• Un minimum d’un an d’expérience dans un poste en contact avec la clientèle

• Maîtrise du français (langue maternelle) et compétence professionnelle en anglais, avec d’excellentes habiletés de communication écrite et orale et la capacité de transmettre l’information de façon claire et empathique dans les deux langues

• Autonomie et motivation, avec une capacité démontrée à faire preuve d’initiative et à travailler de façon indépendante au besoin

• Un haut degré de précision et un souci du détail dans tous les aspects de la communication et de la documentation

• De solides compétences en gestion du temps et la capacité à établir efficacement les priorités dans un environnement dynamique

• Volonté de travailler en équipe et de promouvoir la culture d’entreprise

• Une solide éthique de travail et le désir de faire une différence dans le système de santé canadien

• Disposition à travailler selon un horaire atypique au besoin, y compris les fins de semaine, les soirs et les jours fériés
