Responsibilities
  • Manage, Coach, and Mentor a team of analysts partnering with the SharkNinja sales organization.
  • Promotional financial analysis and forecasting
  • Identify, measure, and quantify marketplace/ retailer trends, issues and opportunities.
  • Ability to problem solve and react to market threats.
  • Present strategic insights based on internal and external data to gain alignment of major initiatives at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Deliver Daily/Weekly/Monthly analytics reports showing health of business.
  • Analyze and evaluate pre- and post-promotion analyses for retailers, quantifying impact to brand and category.
  • Understand day-to-day impact of the POS to facilitate decision making!
  • Work with sales leadership to determine long-term goals.
  • Measure and communicate sales results.
