Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience within category management or sales analysis
  • Experience working for consumer goods company preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and detail oriented, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to present and calibrate on critical challenges to internal and external partners
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, NPD, GFK, etc)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/ Office skills
Responsibilities
  • Drive actionable reporting to drive winning at each subcategory
  • Serve as the category expert internally, generating and presenting actionable insights on pricing, promotional impacts, positioning, competitive landscape and market needs to develop comprehensive strategies
  • Manage delivery of daily, weekly, monthly deliverables reporting on the health of the business
  • Identify category gaps/opportunities, craft sales stories with strategic recommendations that differentiate Ninja from competitors, helping to increase distribution, space and displays
