Internship Program Overview
At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their careers, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week summer internship opportunities across various business functions.
Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team-building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and a dedicated summer coach to further grow their careers with us.

Role Overview
As a Finance Intern you will:
- Interact with key leaders across R&D, finance, sales, and marketing in supporting the success of the Business Units.
- Assist in quarterly management reporting and analysis.
- Roll-up your sleeves on some data crunching activities, cross-functional initiatives and assist in other ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests.
- Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Currently enrolled at an accredited University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field returning for a final term or year following the summer internship.
- Graduating December 2025, or later
- Able to commit to a 12-week internship in summer 2025 (May-August, or June-September).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to and willingness to work cross functionally with other internal teams.
- Self-starter with initiative, attention to detail, strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively present to peers and management are strongly preferred.
- Experience working in fast paced work environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $33.51/hour, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
