  • 4+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably at a startup or in the technology space
  • Track record of building relationships and closing deals with customers across varying industries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Experience or strong interest in working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, Support, Marketing, and our leadership to influence company wide initiatives

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with our top customers: Be the first line of contact for all our customer's needs!
  • Drive Customer Growth: Help our customers run more sales events and drive adoption of our industry-first SaaS asset management platform.
  • Build out the Account Management Function: Help build out our processes and best practices for account management and sales.
  • Meaningfully influence our Products: Leverage your customer interactions to generate and share insights with our product and engineering teams to help refine our product and build out the next great feature.
