An active Top Secret clearance with an in-scope SSBI/T5 background investigation is required.

Responsibilities
Advise program and project managers on acquisition strategies, schedules, contracting, budgeting, and execution.
Prepare periodic status reports; coordinate and execute periodic staff meetings and technical interchange meetings; and develop acquisition plans, schedules, and executive program briefings.
Develop, draft, and coordinate overarching program planning and execution documents prescribed by or tailored from DoDI 5000.02, the Acquisition Framework, and relevant Department of Defense, Air Force, and local unit policies related to rapid prototyping.
Provide technical and programmatic assessments of contractor design and milestone reviews to assess progress, risks, issues, and the ability to achieve mission requirements.
Coordinate, staff, and monitor program elements; advise and assist the government customer regarding funding commitments, obligations, and expenditures; and draft and support delivery of program funding documentation and monthly financial reports.
Desired Qualifications
A master's degree in Business Management, technical management, and/or engineering.
Professional certifications such as Project Management Institute Project Management Professional.
