Responsibilities
  • You’ll develop expertise in the customer journey of small business owners and delve into their needs, leveraging that understanding to create game-changing product offerings.
  • You’ll gain an appreciation for credit/charge products at Capital One and the business value drivers in Small Business Card, and you’ll work closely with business analysts across the full product lifecycle to size intent, test and learn, and develop a robust data-driven, customer-backed strategy.
  • You’ll work with partners and platforms across the enterprise to prioritize and deliver on your roadmap, learning the ins and outs of multiple tech stacks and dependencies, and partner with a strong engineering team to refine and execute our intent.
  • You’ll solve challenging and interesting problems alongside a highly-motivated cross-discipline team to balance tradeoffs between customer experience, business impact, speed to market, and risk and align on recommendations with partners and leadership.
  • You’ll articulate a succinct product strategy and roadmap to deliver business value and share with stakeholders, elevating your team’s results and becoming a product subject matter expert.
