Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • At least 5 years of workforce planning experience.
  • Experience supporting human capital programmatic evaluation and compliance, workforce planning, and human capital analytics.
  • Knowledge of forecasting and analytics.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain close attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Visio.
  • Ability to quickly learn other business tools as necessary.
  • United States citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation.
  • Enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence.
  • Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies.
  • Facilitate integration of information technology systems and workforce planning tools.
  • Optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and service-level agreements.
  • Develop predictive analytics models and workforce dashboards.
  • Mature reporting from ad hoc, one-off reporting to governed, self-service analytics.
  • Design and maintain semantic data models and role-based reports and dashboards.
  • Enable executives, human resources specialists, and program staff to run their own queries and access curated insights appropriate to their roles.
  • Conduct workforce planning analysis, forecasting, and strategy development.
  • Provide subject-matter consulting support for workforce planning and human capital analytics.
  • Analyze business needs, facilitate workshops, define recommendations, and align proposed approaches to federal human capital and governance requirements.
  • Support human resources strategy.
  • Establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives with documented goals for the firm's global competencies.
  • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of the company.
