Requirements
- A degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Networks, or equivalent.
- Certifications in systems and network administration.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
- At least five years of experience in complex IT environments.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), backup and recovery (Veeam, KeepIT), Microsoft 365 administration, Windows and Linux servers, networks and switching, wireless, storage (HP, IBM), firewalls and VPNs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and VoIP.
- Proficiency in English.
- A hands-on profile.
Responsibilities
- Define systems strategy for infrastructure, networks, and communications with management.
- Manage technology partnerships and suppliers, ensuring service-level agreements are met.
- Negotiate IT, communications, and licensing contracts.
- Manage the area's budget.
- Write and maintain user guides and internal technical manuals.
- Support the definition of IT policies.
- Coordinate with other IT areas, including information security and cybersecurity, support, development, business intelligence, and business solutions.
- Design and implement new infrastructure projects or improvements to existing infrastructure.
- Act as a business partner to the group's internal clients.
- Plan, implement, and monitor hybrid on-premises and cloud systems to ensure service availability, operational continuity, and resilience.
- Manage and maintain corporate infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Administer Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domains.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including Entra, Azure, Exchange, OneDrive, Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Administer virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox) and backup solutions (Veeam, KeepIT).
- Administer corporate networks, including MPLS, switching, VLANs, load balancers, routers, and Wi-Fi (Cisco, Aruba, Unifi).
- Manage firewalls and VPNs (Fortinet, Check Point).
- Manage the data center.
- Manage the VoIP telephone system.
- Manage multimedia and videoconferencing platforms.
- Continuously monitor systems, identify improvements, and implement operational best practices, automation, and optimization.
- Provide advanced technical support and train and enable internal teams and users.
- Manage access, accounts, shared folders, document repositories, and the group's web platforms.
- Renew the server infrastructure and virtualization platform.
- Renew the network and switching infrastructure.
- Design and implement a disaster recovery solution.
